We all know how much of a nightmare it can be when returning an item. That’s why we’ve taken the hassle out of returns and made it as easy as possible. After all, we know you have better things to do...like binge that new series on Netflix. :)
What is the return policy?
We will provide a full refund within the first 30 days from the date you receive your Tannco item.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For our U.K. Queens, your return shipping is FREE! Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping for our International Babes at the moment, but are working super hard to make this possible in the very near future!
How do I return my item?
For our U.K Queens, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email a PDF return label. Print this off and attach this to your package, you should then drop this off at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office. Voila, Simple as that!

You may contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Tannco Support Team is available 6 days a week from 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. GMT. We always guarantee a response within 24-48 hours, and will be happy to help you with whatever you need!
When will I receive a refund?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned item has met the Tannco return requirements. Depending on your bank or credit card, it could take up to 10 business days to receive a refund. If it has been longer than this, please contact us at email@example.com.
Note: For our U.K Queens, return shipping is standard delivery postage and thus will take between 3-5 working days to be delivered. You will receive a refund within the first 24 hours of us receiving the return.
For our International Babes, return shipping delivery is at the discretion of shipping provider, delivery option chosen, and location from where it is being shipped. Once we register the return, you will also receive a refund within the first 24 hours.
What do you do with the item after it’s returned?
Just like you wouldn’t want to use someone else’s toothbrush, we make sure to NEVER sell or use a returned Tannco item. Call us old fashioned, but we’re firm believers in a little thing called hygiene.
What if the product is faulty?
If you think you have received a faulty product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your item.
