International Shipping

Tannco is excited to bring our self-tanning product to the world!

If the customer isn't available for delivery and the courier service has attempted delivery, it will be their responsibility to contact the third party courier service to retrieve the package.

We have partnered up with Royal Mail to deliver our products to your international location. While we would love to ship anywhere, unfortunately due to the logistics in certain countries this is not viable. Detailed below is a list of countries we DO NOT ship too.

Shipping Days

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and specific holiday periods. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to Next Day Delivery.

We do try our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but unfortunately Tannco is small team. It's highly unlikely we will ship orders the same day, unless you pay for Next day delivery. Please allow up to 1 business day for orders to process (for example: if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday).

Note: If you order before 11am GMT and chose Next Day Delivery, you will receive your order the following day.

Tracking Your Order

If you have purchased our U.K Free Shipping service, then you will not be applicable for tracking. However if you would like to know the status of your order, you can contact us at hello@tannco.co.uk for an update. We will contact Royal Mail on your behalf.

If you have purchased from outside of the U.K, then your order will be tracked. If you contact us via our email below and we will supply you with your tracking number and a link to see the status of your order.  All tracking will be done within the linked Royal Mail website's tracking page. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some instances, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the Royal Mail directly prior to contacting us.

Note: This does not apply to Next Day Delivery as these orders will be processed on the same day provided it’s before 11am GMT.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Once an order has been placed, we do our best to process and ship it out as quickly as possible. This leaves a very small time period to change/cancel your order, or to change your orders address. If you do decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at hello@tannco.co.uk as quickly as possible. We will try our best to amend the change, however we cannot guarantee this. It is the full responsibility of the buyer to input the correct shipping address.

If it’s too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it. For more information on how to return your order click here. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

Extra Shipping Charges: If the package is returned due to an incorrect address and you are requesting a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping fee.

Delivery Disclaimer

All Royal Mail shipments include delivery confirmation. If they confirm that the item has been delivered to your shipping address but you have not received your order, please contact us at hello@tannco.co.uk. We will investigate this further, but we cannot be held accountable for packages where delivery confirmation states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Note: U.K next day delivery and all International Orders will include tracking and delivery confirmation. 

International Tax and Duties

When delivering to our International customers (outside of the U.K.), there may be additional charges to pay such as inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local customs authority deems appropriate. We cannot refund this, these fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Tannco.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Please note that DHL pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon as they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at destination, plus a small administration fee.
